  • Treat all members with equal respect regardless of title, industry, or background.

4. Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Discrimination

  • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • This includes verbal, physical, digital, or nonverbal behavior that creates discomfort or undermines psychological safety.
  • Members are expected to uphold an inclusive, welcoming environment.

5. Ethical Networking & Solicitation

  • Networking should be value-driven, not transactional.
  • Do not aggressively pitch, sell, or pressure members into business opportunities.
  • Seek permission before adding members to marketing lists, outreach sequences, or sales funnels.
  • Referrals should be made thoughtfully, responsibly, and without expectation of compensation unless mutually agreed upon.

6. Conflict of Interest

  • Disclose any potential conflicts that may influence your participation or recommendations.
  • Avoid using the group for personal gain at the expense of others.
  • Refrain from leveraging confidential insights for competitive advantage.

7. Accountability & Responsibility

  • Accept feedback with professionalism and openness.
  • Address concerns or conflicts directly, respectfully, and promptly.
  • Members who violate the Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the group to preserve its integrity.
