Luther White serves as a Vice President with MDL Partners having first joined MDL as a client in 2013.  Having spent three decades as a general management and business development executive, Luther has worked in both the public and private business sectors and is an entrepreneur at his core.

Luther’s expertise resides in both the Sales and Operational sectors of business focused on P&L management, strategic planning, organizational growth and process development.  Luther also has tremendous experience launching small businesses, raising capital and navigating the SBA programs available to entrepreneurs.

Luther has spent the majority of his career in the retail and service industries and enjoys coaching executives focused on opportunity, personal growth, revenue acceleration, market development, vision and execution.

Luther is a native of New Haven, CT and is a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.  Having resided and worked on both Coasts, Luther enjoyed his time in California, but has always considered the East Coast his home.  Married with 3 children, Luther graduated from the University of Massachusetts @ Amherst and obtained his Law Degree from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.

Luther is a passionate athlete, racing Ironman for 8 years as a sponsored athlete, achieving All-American status and winning a national championship. Luther’s faith, family, and friendships fulfill his life.  Serving and coaching professionals and executives through relationships is one of his lifelong passions.
